Stabilise your body, down-regulate your nervous system, and create a healthy response to stress.
Create spinal and upper body mobility for optimal function of your diaphragm, ribs and lungs. Learn breathing tools to stabilise and strengthen your core. Use mindfulness and neuroscience techniques to calm, balance and energise.
Private session
Your 90min initial session uses Restore Your Core® teachings as well as Z-Health movement practices to highlight compensations and blindspots and create new patterns of movement for strength and support for your body.
In the session I will assess most of the following:
Alignment
Breathing
Pelvic mobility
Spinal mobility
Pelvic floor awareness
Core engagement
Gait analysis
You will receive a bespoke movement video with follow-up exercises and movement strategies to continue your learning and home practice.
Sessions thereafter will progress your strengthening and mobility practices using Restore Your Core® teachings, Z-Health movement strategies as well as other yoga, pilates, mobility and functional exercise and breathing practices, with continued movement videos for your learning at home.
