Private sessions
Your 90min initial session uses Restore Your Core® teachings as well as Z-Health movement practices to highlight compensations and blindspots and create new patterns of movement for strength and support for your rehabilitation.
In the session I will assess most of the following:
Alignment
Breathing
Pelvic mobility
Spinal mobility
Pelvic floor awareness
Core engagement
Gait analysis
You will receive a bespoke movement video with follow-up exercises and movement strategies to continue your learning and home practice.
Sessions thereafter will progress your strengthening and mobility practices using Restore Your Core® teachings, Z-Health movement strategies as well as other yoga, pilates, mobility and functional exercise and breathing practices, with continued movement videos for your learning at home.
