GIFT CARD: Birth Preparation Assessment

This Gift Card is for a 90min private session which uses Body Ready Method and Restore Your Core® assessments to evaluate your movement compensations and blindspots to prepare your brain and body to birth with true confidence.

You will be emailed a digital gift certificate. Please let the recipient know that they can email me@shelleymccarten.com to book the session. The session can take place in studio at, Waterloo, Lower Hutt or via Zoom. Sessions are available Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9am - 5pm if in-studio, with limited availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am - 5pm.

In the session I will assess:

• Alignment

• Pelvic mobility

• Upper body mobility

• Breathing

• Core engagement

• Pelvic floor awareness

We will also address:

• Birth physiology

• The role of the core and pelvic floor in pregnancy and birth

You will receive a bespoke movement video with follow-up exercises and movement strategies to continue your learning and home practice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This Gift Card needs to be redeemed 6 months from the date of purchase. The private session needs to take place in person at the home studio in Waterloo, Lower Hutt or online via Zoom.
